Two minutes from East Preston station. Down Station Road, left onto Sea Road, we're on the right.

Free street parking on Sea Road after 6pm. Two-hour bays during the day.

What we do

By dayA flat white in a white ceramic cup beside a slice of coffee and walnut cake on a wooden board, terracotta wall and an Edison bulb softly out of focus behind.
By nightA pint of cask ale on the bar in front of chrome tap handles, warm terracotta wall behind.

By day.Speciality coffee from a local roaster, cakes and pastries from our kitchen, simple plates through till mid-afternoon. The same counter that pulls your morning flat white pours your evening pint.

By night.Real ales (four on tap, rotating), a wine list of around twenty bottles, cocktails done properly. Most weekends there's live music, a quiz or something else on. We keep the week's news on the board and update this site alongside it.
